Services Provided

We provide remote computer repair and IT support services, including:

  • Remote technical support and troubleshooting
  • Hardware and software diagnosis and repair
  • Computer maintenance and optimization
  • Network setup and configuration
  • Security software installation and configuration

Service Agreements

When you request service:

  • You authorize us to access your computer remotely
  • You confirm you have the right to grant this access
  • You agree to cooperate with our technicians
  • You understand that some repairs may require on-site visit

Payment Terms

For our services:

  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods
  • Prices for parts and products are separate from labor

Warranty

We warrant our services for 30 days. If the same issue recurs within 30 days of service, we will re diagnose and repair at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover:

  • New issues arising from user actions
  • Software updates that cause new problems
  • Hardware failures unrelated to our work
  • Issues caused by third-party software or modifications

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for data loss - please ensure you have backups of important files before service.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and proprietary information provided during service remain the property of the respective owners. Software licenses are the responsibility of the user.

We collect and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.
