Terms and Conditions
Last updated October 26, 2026
This page describes how the DRS software handles data. It is pending review by your organization's legal team; the organization that operates this portal may publish its own version, which then takes precedence.
These terms apply to everyone who signs in to this DRS portal. Your organization's agreement with its IT provider or with DRS may add to them; where it differs, that agreement applies.
1. The service
DRS lets authorized technicians view and support enrolled computers and mobile devices remotely, manage them, message their users and keep a record of that activity. Some screens are marked Preview: they show sample data while the feature is being completed and must not be relied on.
2. Accounts and access
- Accounts are created by your organization's administrator. Use only your own account and keep your password and sign-in codes private.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell your administrator at once if you suspect it has been misused.
- Administrators decide who has access, to which devices and with which permissions, and may suspend an account at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You may use DRS only for legitimate support and device management that your organization has authorized. You must not:
- connect to, record or monitor a device or person without the authorization and notice that your organization and the law require;
- bypass consent prompts, session notices, permissions or other security controls;
- access data that you have no business need to see, or copy it outside the purposes it was shared for;
- use DRS to distribute malware, interfere with other systems, or break any law.
4. Enrolled devices
Installing the DRS agent on a device lets authorized technicians connect to it according to your organization's settings, including whether the person at the device must approve each session. Remove the agent, or ask your administrator to remove the device, to end this.
5. Data and privacy
How DRS handles personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Your organization controls the data in its workspace.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep DRS available and secure but cannot promise uninterrupted service; planned maintenance is announced in the portal where possible. Features may change over time. When these terms change, the date at the top of this page is updated.
7. Suspension and ending
Access may be suspended or ended if these terms are broken, if your organization ends its use of DRS, or to protect the security of the service and its users.
